What kinds of steaks will I receive with my membership?
Our local butchers cut and trim only Grade "A", corn fed beef. These filets and strips are of the highest quality; commanding a premium if you ordered them in a restaurant.
If my steaks arrive partially thawed, are they still good?
Yes, as long as the product feels cool to the touch, the quality is not diminished, and you can refrigerate or refreeze until you are ready to eat them.
Should I remove the packaging before cooking?
Yes, please make sure to remove all external packaging prior to cooking the product.
What if my steaks are a brown color?
A deep brown color is common when the oxygen has been removed from the packaging. Once the product is thawed and the meat is re-exposed to air, it will return to a red color.
Why are my steaks different thicknesses when I only ordered one size?
Our steaks are cut by weight, so the thickness of each steak may vary.
How long will my steaks last in the freezer?
For optimum taste and tenderness, we recommend using your steaks within 6 months. This does not mean the steaks are spoiled after six months. The steaks will still be of exceptional quality for up to a year after receiving them.
Why is it ok to refreeze the meat?
If the beef products are cool to the touch upon arrival, it is fine to refreeze the meat. The technology behind the way we vacuum package our meat allows for this by not letting oxygen penetrate the film.
How is it shipped?
All clubs are packaged in specially designed, corregated boxes. We then ship the items through one of the major delivery services. This includes UPS, FedEx, DHL and the US Postal Service. All memberships come with delivery confirmation. A signature is required for all beer and wine clubs.
Can I choose the type steaks that I'll receive?
YES! Choose either filet mignon or New York strips.
What if I do not like what was shipped? Do you offer a guarantee?
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you do not like the selections, you may cancel your membership at any time for a refund of any clubs not yet shipped.
If I send a gift membership, do you include a message?
After you checkout, on the order confirmation page, you will have the ability to send an email to your receipient. Or if you prefer, create a unique, personalized letter with our form generator.
Can you ship outside the United States?
We only ship to the 50 United States. We do not ship to US territories. Restrictions do apply for memberships containing alcohol.
Do you ship to PO boxes, FPO or APO boxes?
No, unfortunately we have to ship beef to physical addresses only.
