These steaks are not the same cuts you will find at your local grocer.  All steaks are chosen and cut by professional butchers and are equal in quality of those served in high end restuarants.

Each month's shipment includes four (4) 6oz filet mignons or four (4) 10oz New York strip steaks.  Each steak is certified USDA Choice or higher and are shipped vaccum sealed and then flash frozen.

All of our Steak of the Month Clubs have four duration choices; 3, 6, and 12 months, or select our ongoing monthly club.
